Who are the mods, and how can I become one?

Isn't everyone a mod by default, in that we can modify or revert articles? As to who can ban addresses or users, I don't know. Shouldn't this be in the Talk namespace? --IndianaRed 19:19, 23 March 2006 (UTC)

Delete pages.

How can I nominate pages, for deletion? In nl.wikipedia.org, there is a template : Template:Wiu. Which template can I use?
