The Gardiner Group, which normally deals with real estate, aquired the then Alaska Samurais on 9/ 27/2004 from user SaintBob, for 3 million US$ and a penthouse apartment in a Barbados Condo the Group Owns. With the deal finalized, a dynasty began.
The Majority owner of the Gardiner Group, Nicholas Gardiner, a.k.a NRaider, relocated the Alaska Samurais to his home town of Dallas, Texas just before Season 24. Trabzonspor Atheletic Club was the new name for this team. Named after the Turkish football team, becuase he thought it would make them a more confident team. The Team has gone thought some other name changes, including River City Saints, and the name we use now, Dallas F.C.
The Tavern
The Tavern is the stadium constructed by the Gardiner Group. It is used to host Dallas F.C. Soccer games, Concerts and Moster Truck Raleys. The Tavern has been feared since the first season as one of the loudest stadium to be in. Dallas F.C. got use to the estatic fans quickly and finished 7-0-0 at home in their first season. They have a .700 winning % at home with a record of: 27 - 10 - 4 with a 131 - 59 Goal Difference. It has the following distribution of seats:
