The Celtic Supporters Federation (AllianceID: 5410) was formed by Swiss Hattrick player Gnorfeus.

The Celtic Supporters Federation (AllianceID: 5410) was formed by Swiss Hattrick player Gnorfeus on the 20th October 2003, only a few short months after Seville! During the peak years of Hattrick Membership the Fed had well over 200 members however with the decline of Hattrick Supporter numbers the Fed has sadly reduced to just over 50.

Since the early days the Fed has organised the Celtic Supporters Cup, the history of which is below. The Fed also organises 3 youth leagues and jointly contributes to The Barca & Celtic Cup (The B&C) with the fans of FC Barcelona.

The Hattrick.org CELTIC SUPPORTERS CUP (CSC)

The CSC has ran for well over 30 seasons and has been very competitive. CSCs 1-27 were played under the Friendly system, finals usually took place pre-season to ensure competitive teams. The first 8 of these where a mixture of formats including knock-out, 2 legs, group stages. CSC 9 onwards became a knock-out in the style of the Scottish or FA Cup and has proved more popular.

It is unclear who actually founded it. Gerry1972, TommyBhoy, Ed Dantes & Mashup were instrumental. Tallieu is the likely founder though, his side the Lisbon Lions won CSC 9 and appeared in numerous finals. The Belgian manager of "The Lisbon Lions" no longer plays the game like many old timers of the era.

Semjon Pauker is the most successful manager overall with 6 wins, 4 of these in the Tournaments era and 4-in-a-row to boot. Mashup was the most successful manager in the Friendly Era, winning 4 times in the first 12 cups.

Reading old threads teams took it very seriously with Jinky manager of Jinky's Giants commenting that "I play my trainees in the league and save my first team for the cup."

The 36th Celtic Supporters Cup of Hattrick was played under tournament ID 1956312 and was a 16-team knockout won by Fc Dordrecht Managed by CastleManiac who defeated Newark Hitmen in the final. This was Dordrecht's first CSC win after several seasons impressing in the Celtic Ladder and CastleManiac has the distinction of being the first Dutch Champion. The final represented a landmark 5th final for the Hitmen who went down 3-2. The cup ended Semjon's record breaking 4-a-row, a feat unlikely to be matched again!
