Match of the Season
Match of the Season (abbr.MOTS)is a tactical option that increases your team's midfield level in a particular competitive match, at the expense of a 50% decrease in Team Spirit after the match is finished. Common opionion is that midfield level is inscreased roughly by 15%.
Example: Let's say playing normal a team would have of solid (low) midfield ratings. MOTS will raise it to solid (very high) midfield.
MOTS has affect on Team Spirit, after playing MOTS match, it will drop by half. For example, if you have Team Spirit on walking on clouds it will drop down to composed. While it is possible to use MOTS more than once per season - or even in every match - it is most often not recommended to do so, as your Team Spirit will continue to fall.
