He was the predecessor to the not so talented O.J. SIMPSON who was known to cut and slash his way through a backfield as well as an ex wife and boyfriend!!O.J. rode the coat tails of Homer by borrowing not only his number,but his nickname as well.

Biography

Homer Simpson was born in Springfield and was raised on a farm with his parents, Mona and Abraham Simpson. As a player, he was without noteworthy skills,other than being able to down more beers and doughnuts in a single sitting than any one else in town. He was discovered while breaking away from twelve police officers after pinching two doughnuts and breaking up field,he was offered a full ride to U.S.C.

His father said he once ate 12 donuts in under a minute and finished it off with a Duff Beer,and that was just in the first ten minutes of church!

But one day Homer relized that he wouldnt graduate,and he must move on,there had to be life after U.S.C. and so,putting his football gear away for the last time, still hearing the sellout crowd giving him a standing ovation at there last home game of the season,Homer was left to wonder,were they clapping cause im leaving?

Ho J was last seen at Moe's Tavern downing mug after mug of Duff's Beer. His days of glory are clearly over...  .........At least I didnt kill anyone!!!
