Bertí FC Season 37
The team reached 4th round in the Cup, knocking out teams of upper division than us, like Siebenbürgen (VI) and Real Medinense FC (V), and with an epic win against Xocru FC (VII) at overtime after overcoming a 0-3 against at halftime. Furons e Sachadas SA (IV) ended our nice trip in this competition.
At league competition, the team has great results along the season. Yiorgos Tatsidis injury, the main team goalkeeper, for three weeks, has been a great handicap. Almost, the team finnished at third position after twelve dates appearing as first or second, when the expectatives was relegation to VIII. The final match, against Real Rubencinne, was a final; a win gives the promotion to VI, but a Real Rubencinne goal at 87 minutes broke those dream. The relegation of bot teams and the great season, with 31 points, has led an unespected promotion to VI.
The team won the second edition of Cingles de Bertí cup, after an impressive semi-final match and dealing the final match against huelin04, a team of VI division, and winning it at penalty shoot-out.
