Bertí FC/Season 46

Great season this one! The team overcame last season disappointment and swept their league opponents, winning all the matches, with a very difficult first dates, visiting Moraleja F.C., just demoted from V division, and Monti80, the other great outsider for the Championship and the promotion to V. The team won the League title after a great win 8-2 at home against Monti80 in the best match played ever by Bertí FC, and at the next match fixed the promotion to V division.

At the Cup competition, the team raised 4th round, losing at this round after an extra-time against a V division team.

At tournaments competition, we won our 5th Cingles de Bertí cup, winning the final match to Sporting St. Pölten, from Austria, by 4-1, and with Joan Anton Moragues as top scorer, the only player to repeat this award in the tournament. We were finalist at the 4th edition of Fría Cerveza Gallo, losing the final match against the Czech team FC Šarik, the great favourite, by 1-3.

The forward Emídio Marques played his best season for the club, scoring 14 goals in League competition and 29 including cup, friendly and tournament matches, beating some historical records of the club.
