Fernando Guerra is the first coach of Grande Capo Grande Birra. He lived through the early days and the first years of growth of the new club, managing to win the first two official titles of the club: two IV Division championships, which also led to promotions to the III Division. The first season in III Division was a learning experience, and the team couldn't avoid relegation. However, upon returning to the category, he brilliantly managed to save the team during the promotion match. He has also managed to qualify the team for the round of 16 on two occasions (once in the Crescentini Cup and the other in the Cesta Cup).
