How does personality, aggressivity, honesty and experience affect how good the trainer is? Eg. would a solid trainer who is a popular guy be better than a solid trainer, who is a nasty fellow? No, personality, aggressivity etc don't affect how good trainer he is (from a "how good he is at training the players in their skills" point of view). But a trainer's personality etc may affect other things perhaps? And how about the experience? Would a solid trainer with solid experience be worse than a solid trainer with divine experience? No, experience doesn't matter when it comes to trainers - if they're not supposed to play themselves of course. Experience only matters on the pitch, and if you want to turn a player into a trainer. |

Will substitutions change anything regarding training?
If a player who played only 5 minutes, will he get: a) full experience update? b) full form update? c) full stamina training? or will any be minute based like "normal sikill training"? Experience is minute-based, just like training. I've to check up the exact way form/stamina behaves though, I do not actually remember right now how those are treated vs subs (as for YA players it's not really necessary to know). I'll get back on this, and the manual will naturally be updated with fresh info about everything related to subs when the new season starts. |

Will players still benefit from playing two matches pr. week during the the cup then, or will there be a 90 minute cap as with training?
If you're talking about experience players will naturally benefit from playing both cup and series matches, it's no 90 min cap or so. |
