Reply to (7831762.405) How does personality, aggressivity, honesty and experience affect how good the trainer is? Eg. would a solid trainer who is a popular guy be better than a solid trainer, who is a nasty fellow? No, personality, aggressivity etc don't affect how good trainer he is (from a "how good he is at training the players in their skills" point of view). But a trainer's personality etc may affect other things perhaps? And how about the experience? Would a solid trainer with solid experience be worse than a solid trainer with divine experience? No, experience doesn't matter when it comes to trainers - if they're not supposed to play themselves of course. Experience only matters on the pitch, and if you want to turn a player into a trainer.
