Does a playmaker that comes on as a substitute require less stamina. And if so, does at what point in the game he comes on? Lets say you get a PM injured in the 80th minute and the sub PM comes on, does his stamina really matter then? And is it any difference if he is brought on in the 10th minute? Yes, a substitute require less stamina. When a substitute enters the pitch he's always 100% fit. For how long the substitute will stay fit depends on stamina level and time, as always. |

• Stamina will be trained every week, as a percentage of the total training of the team.
Interesting, and very close to some suggestions dating back to 2004 or so. Any plans of doing the same for general training as well? The suggestions for fixing the supply/demand and making training more interesting usually included both stamina and form as separate percentages, allowing a bit finer control on forms. I'm not going to repeat all the arguments here, since you probably already have considered the possibility and thus should be familiar with those. It´s certainly a possibility, but not on the mental map right now. I thinkn there might be some sort of general review of team spirit/form/general training and stuff like that in the future, though. |

Will stamina have those effects on goalkeepers, too?
The extra-boost for all players will be now (before this season) or before the next one? All players on the field will need stamnina. Goalkeepers too. All player types may not need as much stamnina as others, but we will keep it fairly close together. Espect to see playmakers need a bit more, goalkeepers a bit less, for example. |

AND... Training at 95% the other skill would mean a decrease in the forms levels compared to the "old" 100% training (it was always better for the form to train at 100% than at 90%)?
Don't mix up training intensity with stamina training share. Training intensity affects form just like it's always had. |

Do you plan at any point to add player condition as a variable outside of the match. Player that played 90 minutes is more tired for the next game than player that played 45 minutes. Of course - higher stamina helps. Hard to say if we at any point will add something like that, but we currently got no such plans. It's an interesting idea though, at least from a realistic point of view. I'm not sure however if it would add that much to Hattrick, it's a rather simplistic game after all. I fear it would add too much complexity to the game. |
