Candidate speech
The last two seaons were the most exciting hattrick seaons in my career! I loved it to to build up a U20 team (and I am still doing it right now) and I was happy that we reached the 4th place in the last world cup qualification without an optimal preparation! But that's the past and now we are looking forward to another exciting qualification! Lot of players, managers and me are ready to go again! :)
