Linking to sections

Note that the way the rules are organized, it's possible to direct links to specific sections or subsections. It'd be nice if this template could be adjusted accordingly. (I'm not sure what the best way to do that is, or I'd do it myself.) --Mr Wednesday 01:44, 2 October 2006 (UTC)
