Tibbs is French manager of hattrick club RC Tibbs founded on July 11, 2007.
- Scouting
Tibbs began forward scout in season 38 and forward chief scout in season 39 for France.
After his U-20 mandate, he began admin scout in season 43 for France until season 52.
- Nationals team
Tibbs began to work for NT in season 41 in the U-20 staff of Cortomaltese (Bronze medal for France).
He was elected U-20 France coach for the next world cup in seasons 43/44. [1] He finished in the 3rd round.
After a two attempts, he was elected NT coach for France. In progress in the 1st group to be qualified.
