Yuba United is an Atlanta-based club managed by Pedriana. United currently reside in series V.238.

Arena[edit]

Yuba United plays at the Burger Bowl, a 50,000-seat ground in midtown Atlanta on the campus of the Georgia Institute of Technology.

United's original arena, Southside Stadium, was located in Hampton, about thirty miles south of Atlanta. Opened in April 2004 with 7000 seats, it was eventually expanded to a total of 30,001 before the club moved.

History[edit]

Founded on April 1, 2004, Yuba United began competition in season 22 in series VI.164. After losing their first match to Kankakee Albacores, United proceeded to win all their remaining league matches that season to finish with an 11-2-1 (W-D-L) record (the previous owner had started the season 2-2-0). United proceeded to promote into series V.184 after defeating The Eagles AC 8-1 in a qualification match.

Yuba United finished fourth in V.184 in season 23, which is the club's highest final league position to date. After this performance, the club began to flounder, finishing eighth the following season with two wins, a draw, and eleven losses. United relegated into bot league VI.929 for season 25, finishing with a perfect 14-0-0 record. However, the club had the misfortune of re-promoting into an exceptionally difficult V.11, which for much of the season was ranked as one of the ten most difficult series V in the USA. Yuba United finished seventh and relegated again, once again ending up in an all-bot series, VI.818. Season 27 saw another perfect 14-0-0 record, allowing United to promote to V.238, where the club is likely to remain for a few seasons.
