Coming from a magnificent 4-in-a-row winning streak, we had to play in week 13 against Maverik!, which lost 7 points in 4 games (1 win, 2 ties and 1 lost). However, the goal difference was better for the Maverik! squad, so, if we wanted the title, we HAD to win.

WE WON THIS MATCH 7-0. Outstanding performance of our players. Moreover, Julio Vagi, our all-time best scorer, came out with 4 goals, which later on helped him to win his third-in-a-row Top Scorer Prize. Last, but not least, the goal difference became better for our squad, thus only a miracle in week 14 could've made Maverik! the champion.

Although some seasons ago we could win the title with the same overall statistics (8-3-3) in this season we finished in the third place (sharing the points with the second but with worst goal difference than them). The most important match was the last one (link to the match), when we defeated the Champion, Club Atlético Goes in their home, taking away their "undefeated" label. This was very positive for the team's spirit.
