Dinamo's coach was furious with Kitwana Okiko after he picked up a yellow for saying one too many words to the ref. Coming in from the right, Dinamo had a good opportunity to convert on a counter-attack after 40 minutes, but Bogdan Dănilă's attempt was easily stopped. Dinamo mounted an inspired counter-attack down the right wing after 44 minutes, but Bogdan Dănilă was unable to convert from short range. 0 - 0 was the score after the first half. millers were doing a good job holding on to the ball, with 59 percent of possession.

Second half

With 77 minutes played, a typically brave header by Dinamo's Bogdan Dănilă from Yohei Takeshita's centered ball looped just over the opposing goalkeeper's desperate reach, making the score 0 - 1. millers won the midfield battle for the half, with 60 percent possession of the ball.

The most dominating millers player was without a doubt Catarino Pereira Vicente. Ruben Eeman was a disappointment, however. Dinamo's best player was Mirjalol Abduholiqov. Bogdan Dănilă on the other hand, had a terrible day. The match ends 0 - 1.
