Wikipedia has more information about the various meanings of the work Hoosier (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hoosier).  "Hooligans" was chosen for it's illiteration with Hoosier, not for the link to (sometime violent) football (soccer) fanaticism.  The Hooligans are a "special events optimized" team and use the "play creatively" tactic exclusively.
