Most of those are in division V or VI with a few non-spectacular exceptions like Chupers Wanderers (only team in III in season 12), Eagle Nails, KUCI KONE, Tullips and others in IV. Watch out for the Essenboys who will be in IV in season 13 and are looking pretty good as well.
