This region article is a stub. You can help Hattrick Wiki by expanding it. Pleven is a region in Bulgaria and is one of it's weakest regions despite its ~300 teams. Most of those are in division V or VI with a few non-spectacular exceptions like Chupers Wanderers (only team in III in season 12), Eagle Nails, KUCI KONE, Tullips and others in IV. Watch out for the Essenboys who will be in IV in season 13 and are looking pretty good as well.
