Coco's ability to press all over the field paid off frequently. Coco solidified their lead at the 62 minute mark, as Natalino Fanti snaked the ball through the central line of defense and finished for 3 - 0. After 70 minutes, Coco sent a free kick in high over the penalty box. In what looked like a well-rehearsed move, the ball was headed backwards and reached Csaba Gruber, who had plenty of time to shoot and score - 4 - 0. After 81 minutes, a couple of quick and successful challenges followed by a shot from just outside the penalty area by Antonio Villerías might have resulted in another goal for Coco. However, Barna Paskum made a spectacular save. Possession in this half belonged to Coco, who had the ball 61 percent of the time.

The most dominating Coco player was without a doubt Natalino Fanti. Marcos Paz Ramos was a disappointment, however. Mark Grobov performed admirably for Dinamo. On the other hand, Barna Paskum's play was disheartening. The match ends 4 - 0.

Match report

Lineups

29008 spectators arrived at Art Arena, where weather conditions were pretty good for soccer. Arturo Errea was the appointed referee with assistance provided by Jan Cejnek and Tomasz Plaszczyk.

A 3-5-2 alignment was the formation of choice for Coco. Lineup: Paz Ramos - Segovia, Gruber, Weyrich - Blummel, Rognmo, Rogier, Lino, Furmánek - Villerías, Fanti.

Dinamo decided to use a 5-3-2 set up. Starters: Paskum - Versijpt, Okiko, Tsuburaya, Buffon, Abduholiqov - Tudurean, Cummings, Windle - Grobov, Yaniv.

First half

Coco looked to be more interested in pressing their opponents' attacks than making ones of their own. Using their counter-attacking abilities was the strategy of choice for Dinamo today. 5 minutes in, the referee awarded Coco a penalty. Tinu Weyrich coolly slotted it home for a 1 - 0 lead. The Coco coach was visibly pleased with the score so far, but still ordered a few tactical changes 5 minutes into the game. Maybe Natalino Fanti should join the aquatics team instead. He went down dramatically after 13 minutes, crying out with agony as he fell. The referee was not impressed, though, and showed him a yellow for diving. A magnificent combination in the middle resulted in Coco's Hans Rognmo bringing the lead up to 2 - 0. Coco's players now seemed to think the job was done and acted more defensively, just waiting for the ref to blow the final whistle. Frederic Blummel let loose a swerving effort from the right that the visitors' keeper did well to tip wide. After 34 minutes, the defensive line of Dinamo created a counter-attack through the middle that gave Calvin Windle a good look at goal, but his shot glanced harmlessly off the crossbar. 2 - 0 was the halftime score. The statistics showed Coco in control of the ball, with 61 percent possession.

Coco's ability to press all over the field paid off frequently.
