The Golden League

The Golden League is the flagship competition of the HTUM Managers’ Federation, embodying the spirit of friendly rivalry and tactical mastery. Launched on 27th July 2011, with the first-ever match between The Flaming Wodkas FC and Horus Falcons (5-1 victory for the Falcons), the Golden League has grown into an iconic competition featuring both league and knockout formats.

Championship Format

The Golden League Championship spans across two Hattrick seasons, with a structured progression from open matches to high-stakes knockouts:

- Season 1 (Weeks 1–16): Teams compete in any midweek matches (friendly, domestic league, or domestic cup). These matches automatically count towards the Championship leaderboard. No arrangements are required, allowing for organic competition.

- Season 2 (Weeks 1–9): Championship matches continue, with the top 16 teams advancing to the next stage.

- Season 2 (Week 10–16): The Golden League Masters begins:
