Brazil (Brasil in local language) is a South American country. It was the 14th nation to join the Hattrick World.
The Federative Republic of Brazil is the largest country in South America at 8.5 million square kilometers (3.2 million square miles) and with over 211 million people. Its capital is Brasília, and its most populous city is São Paulo. Rio de Janeiro was the capital of the Portuguese empire from 1808 to 1820.Brazil unique environmental heritage makes it one of 17 megadiverse countries, and the subject of significant global interest and debate regarding deforestation and environmental protection.
History
