Perhaps the greatest formation in Hattrick history, the 2-7-1 is best known as the formation Canada played against Sweden in the final of WC III. Canada lost 4-0 on that day but we were only down 1-0 at the half.
This formation causes loss of training for regular teams because you may not field more then 3 innermids. National teams sometimes use this formation to gain a superior midfiels, but it will certainly cause confusion.
