An individual order you can give to every player except forwards and keepers.
When given this order, players will use less of their defending skill, but
- Central defenders will use their playmaking and stamina skill to help boost midfield rating.
- Wingbacks will use their winger skill to help boost wingattack rating and some of their playmaking and stamina to help boost midfield ratings.
- Inner midfielders will make more use use of their passing skill to help boost attack ratings.
- Wingers will make more use of their winger skill to boost wingattack ratings.
