'''Specialities'''
Here is a ranking of specialities on mid-fielders.
Head is always good. This is probably the best for an IM.
Powerful isn't bad. They gain a bit of PM/Defending/Scoring in the rain and lose Scoring, which they don't care about, in the sun. The downside is they might get tired early in the sun.
Quick isn't bad. They don't care about the scoring penalty in rain, and most don't care about the defending penalty in the rain and sun either, plus they can stop opposing Quick Forward events.
(No specialty) is a decent middle ground without penalties. It's probably better than Technical, and is definitely better than an Unpredictable IM without good defending.
Technical is probably worse than no specialty due to the negative PM weather event.
Unpredictable is better than nothing with good passing+defending, and is probably the worst specialty without good defending.

These are the central players for your team, and probably the most important position as far as the matches are concerned.

The main skills used by these players are playmaking and stamina, passing and defending are also useful.

If they are played defensive, they need more defending and less passing.

If they are played offensive, they need more passing and less defending.

If they are played towards wing, they need more winger and less playmaking.
