Tibbs worked for nationals teams since season 38 like scout and U20/NT coach in France.

Tibbs began forward scout in season 38 and forward chief scout in season 39 for France.
After his U-20 mandate, he began admin scout in season 43 for France until season 52.
IV - Nationals team
Tibbs began to work for NT in season 41 in the U-20 staff of Cortomaltese (Bronze medal for France).
He was elected U-20 France coach for the next world cup in seasons 43/44. He finished in the 3rd round.
