Knockout Stage

The next stage of the tournament was the Knockout Stage. Eight teams qualified for this stage: the winners and runners-up of all four groups.

Draw

It is uncertain if the teams were drawn or that their match was based on the group they played in, or their overall result. The winners of (in this article called) Group A and B faced the runners-up of the opposite group, but the winners of Group C and D faced each other, and so did the runners-up of those groups.
