Dinamo Tulcea Football Club (35448), commonly known as Dinamo Tulcea, is a football club based in Tulcea, Romania. It was founded on 14 November 2012 by Bodola, who took control of Liverpool TM at the time.

The 50th season in Hattrick was the first ever for Dinamo Tulcea, with the manager taking over after six league games (three wins and three defeats).

The first game ever played was against Progresul Coteana, one of the few bots from the series. It ended in a 7–0 victory, thanks to a hat-trick from Ciprian Tudurean, who became the first Dinamo Tulcea player to achieve this feat.

Dinamo went on to also win the remaining seven games of the campaign and finally claimed the second position, just one point behind leaders fc steaua 2049.

Bogdan Dăianu finished the season as the top goalscorer with 11 goals, including a hat-trick in the final game against Dinamo SuperStars.

The second season in history saw the team competing in VIII.640 for the second consecutive time. They finished as runners-up again, despite winning 12 out of 14 games. The only defeat came at the hands of winners termitele. However, at the end of the season Dinamo Tulcea was promoted through a bonus promotion.

In the first round of the cup, Dinamo Tulcea welcomed BFcJuventus at DT Arena and won the game 3–2 after extra time. Thierno Niokane scored the decisive golden goal from the penalty spot. In the next round they were eliminated by Haiducii dreptatii.

Remus Vinţ scored 15 goals all season long and finished as the top goalscorer. His average of goals per game was 1.36.
