These are the people that translated the vast amount of text on the HT-sites into your own language. Each language has it's own Language Administrator(s). They are recognizable by the prefix LA. Sometimes a Mod or GM can have Langauge Administartion rights.
Note that this is done on a voluntary basis by truly dedicated users. The HT-community owes them many thanks.
