Template:Interwiki/European Championship The Hattrick European Championship is a tournament for European national teams held since Hattrick season 77.

The championship is played in groups of 6 teams, home and away, over 10 weeks. The best teams from the group stages enter the "final eight".

Medals

The champion is awarded with the gold medal, the runner-up NT receives the silver medal, the losers of the semifinals both receive a bronze medal without a further playoff game.

Finals

The first final was played on 28 April 2002 in Japan between Sweden and England. Only three times a final went on to extra-time, two times they ended at penalty shoot-out.
