Zapasism
Zapasism is a school of Youth Academy development, that says one should concentrate on training a large group of players. It is contrary to Berthlism.
Zapasism was created by Zapasiewicz during a conference discussion with Berthli. It is similar to Xarnism, however there are certain differences.
Zapasism says one should:
- find the proper primary training by deciding which group of players can have, or has the highest average potential and train them;
- find the proper secondary training by finding a different group of players with highest average potential and train them. The secondary training does not necesserily fit to the primary training.
The effect of implementing Zapasism to the Youth Academy is having a larger number of promotees, however a possibility to develop a star (e.g. an international) is smaller.
