Uptime review

Each month Hattrick sends out an Uptime review to all Hattrick Supporters through HT_mail. This review states how much uptime the site has had the previous month. Supporters are then compensated for any Unplanned downtime that may have occured, on a minute by minute basis their supporter is prolonged.
