The FIFA.com Club Federation Cup (VIII Edition) will be the eight edition of the FIFA.com Club Federation Cup, a Hattrick tournament which is also the internal tournament (Also called as Federation Cup) of the FIFA.com Club Federation. The tournament is scheduled to begin on 13-15 December 2011 and to end on 15 February 2012. As always, it will be organized by the FIFA.com Club Federation.
Villa Elisa F.C. are the defending champions. On 24 October 2011, FIFA.com Club Federation announced that the user 
fmaed will donate three months of Supporter package for the winner and one month for the second place. Thirty-two teams will participate in the tournament.
Format
| Group Stage
|
| The thirty-two teams participating will be split in eight groups of four teams. In each group, teams play against each other home-and-away in a round-robin format (Double round-robin format). All group winners and runner-ups will qualify for the Knock-out Stage.
|
| Knockout Stage
|
| The knock-out stage, will consist of a single-elimination tournament (Type of elimination tournament where the loser of each match is inmediately eliminated from winning the championship or first prize in the event) starting from Round of 16, and ending with the Grand Final.

Tiebreaking criteria
If two or more teams are equal on points on completion of the group matches, the following criteria are applied to determine the rankings (in descending order):
- Higher number of points obtained in the group matches played among the teams in question;
- Superior goal difference from the group matches played among the teams in question;
- Higher number of goals scored in the group matches played among the teams in question;
- Higher number of goals scored away from home in the group matches played among the teams in question;
- If, after applying criteria 1) to 4) to several teams, two teams still have an equal ranking, the criteria 1) to 4) will be reapplied to determine the ranking of these teams;
- Superior goal difference from all group matches played;
- Higher number of goals scored from all group matches played;
- Less WO granted;
- Higher number of appearances in the history of FIFA.com Club Federation Cup.
