Hattrick:Other Languages
Though the Hattrick Wiki originally began as an English-only Hattrick guide, it has become clear that there is an interest in a Wiki for other languages. Though in the future each language will likely have its own sub-domain, for now we have come up with a way to allow creation of Hattrick Wikis in other languages within the English Wiki. This method will allow administrators to evaluate the interest in specific language versions, and will also allow non-English-speaking users to contribute their knowledge to this useful encyclopedia.
Editing in Other Language Versions
Creating and editing a page in another language version is fairly straightforward. To create a page, simply add the two-letter language code along with a forward slash to the beginning of the page title. For example, to create a page within the Russian language version, the page title should read Ru/(Page Title goes Here). Also, all pages created within a language version should contain the template for the country at the bottom, which is the country code surrounded by two curly braces on either side. For the Russian version, this would be {{Ru}}. This template must appear on every page to easily keep track of the pages for that language version.

Creating a New Version
To create a new language version, first you must contact an administrator. A list of administrators is available on the Administrators page. So long as the administrator believes there is adequate interest in the language version, they will allow you to create the version. The administrator will create your version's template (which needs to be placed on every page created within that language version) and unlock the main page for that language version. Only languages which appear in Hattrick can be made into language versions on the Wiki. If you simply wish to discuss a possible language version, use the language's discussion board (found on the talk page of the language's main page).
