Pleven

Pleven is one of the weakest regions in Bulgaria despite its ~300 teams. Most of those are in division V or VI with a few non-spectacular exceptions like Chupers Wanderers(only team in III in season 12, but currently in demoting 7th position), Eagle Nails, KUCI KONE, Tullips and others in IV. Watch out for the Essenboys who wil be in IV in season 13 and are looking pretty good as well.
