Bertí FC Season 57
The return to VI division coming from V has been disappointing. Neither in League competition and in the different Cup tournaments has been very successful; many problems with the players' shape caused a rapid elimination in the Cup tournaments and bad results in League competition. Only our Icelandic forward Karl Rafnarsson has maintained a great level throughout the season, winning the top scorer trophy of the VI.281 league. The Argentinian signin Franco Daniel Romero has shown signs of being a great player.
Finally, this season has been the last one of two symbols of Bertí FC. The Catalan players, promoted from the Bertí FC youth team, Deunoro Alkotz and Joan Anton Moragues have retired from professional football after playing for Bertí FC all his career, 17 and 23 seasons respectively. Deunoro Alkotz remains in the club as a doctor and Joan Anton Moragues as an assistant coach.
