As had already happened in the past Fantapazzo presented itself as newly-promoted with salvation ambitions, but it soon found itself near the top of the table. The Nerazzurri started with 4 consecutive wins but slightly slowed down at the end of first round. At the middle of the season the team was in the top spot and thanks to the first benefits of the new training policy the defence was strengthened further. Fantapazzo played a splendid second round, winning 6 matches in a row and gaining promotion with a draw against W Samba on the last day. It was the second consecutive promotion, but this was surely the most unexpected of the two. SuperCash declared to be very happy for the great season of the team, but admitted to be also very worried about next league, considering Fantapazzo not yet ready to face the VII series. The Nerazzurri, with this placing, also clinched a spot in season 42 Coppa Italia.
