What are your views on the disparity between the effect of different coach types on the ratings? Are you planning to remove the extra benefit of the defensive coach since there are signs it is starting to get abused?

I think the disparity makes sense. In the Hattrick history most teams have been built offensively, which is not that strange because fans tend to like that their team is scoring a lot of goals. I still think the general Hattrick team has got much stronger offense then defense, so the disparity in the coaches has a reason - to somehow benefit and promote defensive teams a bit.

I got to admit however that I haven't seen any signs of this "getting abused", nor have I seen any discussion about it (but maybe I've missed it, I don't read every thread after all?). But please open up a thread for this and tell me your opinion (and back up with "facts" if possible) and we'll see if we need to change our view on things. Listening to your opinion is the least we could do.

How does personality, aggressivity, honesty and experience affect how good the trainer is? Eg. would a solid trainer who is a popular guy be better than a solid trainer, who is a nasty fellow?

No, personality, aggressivity etc don't affect how good trainer he is (from a "how good he is at training the players in their skills" point of view). But a trainer's personality etc may affect other things perhaps?

And how about the experience? Would a solid trainer with solid experience be worse than a solid trainer with divine experience?

No, experience doesn't matter when it comes to trainers - if they're not supposed to play themselves of course. Experience only matters on the pitch, and if you want to turn a player into a trainer.

Rules:
The Coach

Essentially, the coach has three abilities:
Tactics: "Offensive", "defensive" or "neutral", affecting the teams' performance during the game.
Skill: ...
Leadership: ...

The tactics abilities only influence the ratings of defence/attack or has some other kind of influence during the game? I don't need to know what it is, i just like to know if the influence is only on ratings.

Thanks

A coach ability (def/off/neutral) "only" affects the teams performance on the pitch, ie the team ratings.
