Beltzer was the manager of FC Bredene.
He became Moderator in April 2003, and GameMaster in May 2003.
One of the famous stories on the Belgian forum involved Beltzer, a cheater and a GB supermarket..
Also the intervieuw with Beltzer on Radio 2 was pretty famous.
Together with LA-EddyTheHool and LA-Verschuren he was responsible for the introduction of the Flemish version of Hattrick in November 2003.
In November 2005 Beltzer left the crew, about a year later he left Hattrick.
