Mauro Radaelli is a retired Italian football player who last played for Lokomotiv Veltem Back-on-Track in Belgium.
Radaelli had an uneventful youth, playing for his neighbourhood youth team, being picked up to play for the first team mainly because he was a towering tall youngster and proficient at headers. As his parents moved to Russia, he followed and joined UAV, where he initially played only for fun, but throughout the years gained more experience to become a skilled defender. He moved back to Italy and was picked up by Gatto Ciccione F.C., at that time playing in the Serie A where he was a first team regular. After the team relegated twice, Radaelli eventually ended up in Belgium after passages in Ivory Coast and Bahrain, finishing his career at Lokomotiv Veltem Back-on-Track where he scored 7 goals in 63 matches before suffering a collarbone injury ending his career.
Radaelli is a member of the Hall of Fame at Gatto Ciccione F.C. and is currently a successful entrepreneur, selling books on football tactics.
