This is the club a player started his career, whether as a youthpull or as a player in the starting default team that is created when a new user gets a team.
A maximum player loyalty bonus can be reached only by mother club's players that play continuously for the team. The bonus is 1.5 skill levels.
With 11 players fielded in the starting line-up a team will receive the Home-grown lineup achievement.
