Season 89 was the eighth season of Nashville FC under manager dalepopp. Nashville competed in V.212 for a fourth consecutive season and finished third.

Season summary

Nashville opened the league season with a loss followed by consecutive draws before beginning a nine-match unbeaten run. The stretch included seven consecutive victories from Weeks 4 through 10, three consecutive clean sheets and an 11-1 home victory over corndogs 2, the club's largest win of the season.

The unbeaten run ended with a 1-0 loss at Sheboygan Waves in Week 11. Nashville responded with victories over Red Stripe FC and F.C Colby Fanatics before closing the season with a loss to champion Le Noir et Rouge. Nashville completed the regular season 9-2-3 with 57 goals scored and 23 conceded for a +34 goal difference, finishing third in V.212 with 29 points.

Bartolone Vargas led Nashville with 13 league goals, while Phil Roof scored 10 and Guy Crutcher scored six. Nashville recorded five team clean sheets during the league campaign.

Nashville reached Round 3 of the US Open Cup, defeating Idaho Gladiators and Kilojoules before losing to Dragon Kings FC. The club then entered the Enterprise Cup and was eliminated by Calchio in Round 1.
