Regions

The regions of Vietnam are not reasonable. Some regions in HT are only a district (city) of a real region in Vietnam. The only exceptions are Cần Thơ, Đà Nẵng, Hà Nội, Hải Phòng and Hồ Chí Minh City. They are both cities and regions. Here is the link to the page that contains 63 regions in Vietnam

In HT: Bac Son (Bắc Sơn) is a city of Lạng Sơn region. Dalat (Đà Lạt) is a city of Lâm Đồng region. Hoi An (Hội An) is a city of Quảng Nam region. Hue (Huế) is a city of Thừa Thiên-Huế region. Nha Trang is a city of Khánh Hòa region. Phan Thiet (Phan Thiết) is a city of Bình Thuận region. Sapa (Sa Pa) is a city of Lào Cai region.

I suggest we changed those into the real regions (or merging if we already have them) and adding the rest if possible and it would be better to use alphabet Vietnamese.--Crazycompgeek 21:45, 9 February 2009 (UTC)

Time zone

Vietnamese timezone is GMT +7 (Bangkok, Hanoi, Jakarta). It would be nice if we use our own timezone like other countries.--Crazycompgeek 21:50, 9 February 2009 (UTC)
