Season 28
In season 28 the club Wicklow United changed owner as Mr_Bean took over and renamed it Tipp Town. This new takeover happened on the 24th of November 2009. With just 3 games of the season left the newly formed Tipp Town were lying in 3rd place. Mr__Bean guided them to 2nd place winning all 3 games and finished with 27 points, 15 behind champions Tanito Fulbo Club.
Season 29
With Tanito promoted it left Tipp and FC Kells Blackwater to battle it out for the crown of V.237. The sides met in week 6 at Rockwell Park where Tipp won 4-1, giving them a 3 point advantage. They met again in week 9 at FC Kells Blackwater Arena in a game which couls all but guarentee the title for Tipp. Tipp won the game 0-1 and this sent them 6 points clear. In the end those 2 games were crucial as Tipp won the league by 6 points with maximum points of 42 and gained promotion to IV.
Season 30
After getting promotion to IV.29, where Tanito were also promoted to the previous season, Tipp extended there unbeaten league run to 19 games, 18 of which were under the guidance of Mr__Bean with a win against Mysterville in their first ever season in IV. The run came to an end a week later against DNEPR Cracow United. Tipp finished in 6th place with 13 points, 6 points clear of the bottom 2. They played a qualifier against Spartak Galway which they won 4-1 to secure IV football again next season.
Season 31

Season 32
In season 32 Tipp needed to push on from their last season, but they made the worst possible start losing 0-7 to Tanito. It must be said Tipp didn't have a goalkeeper, and so just a few hours before the match David Mac Loclainn was promoted from the youth academy. The team picked themselves up for the next match when they beat Dortmund Energizer 2-1 in one of the seasons shocks. In week 10 they beat Mountain Runners 2-1 at home, which again was a shock. They only lost one home league match all season which was against DCU. They reached the 3rd round of the cup for the first time aswell where they were beaten by division 3 side Sheep Hunters. They finished the league in fourth place with 27 points, 6 ahead of 5th, 7 behind first and 4 behind 3rd.
Season 33
After the great season the team had in the previous season they made a disastorous start, been knocked out of the cup in the second round to division V side Finn Harps FC. They also lost the first 3 league games of the season, but since then, they have only lost once and have climbed up to 3rd place and went 4 points clear after beaten Mountain Runners 2-4 away, which is the clubs best ever away result. With local rivals fala wardyn drawing with Maloney's Messers, Tipp are in a great posistion.

Tipp beat Maloney's and Mountain once and lost to the both of them once. They drew with each other once and Maloney's won once.
Ballylooby Cup and League Rivalries
Due to where the club is situated it has 4 further rival clubs all within in a 7 mile radius. All 5 clubs come from Ballylooby in Tipperary. Though the managers are good friends, the fans hate each other and these rivalries were intense affairs. These clubs are Tipp Town, S.T.A.F. United, The B Sharps, Murphy's Destroyers and Cahir Park AFC. The first ever match between any of the clubs was a 1-1 draw between Tipp Town and Murphy's Destroyers. After this the 5 managers came together to make a tournament, the Ballylooby League. A Ballylooby Cup was also started. Due to crowd troubles the Ballylooby League was abandoned towards the end and no one won the trophy. The Cup however was finished, Tipp lost the final 6-0 to Destroyers. Throughout that campaign Tipp beat The B Sharps 4 times on a total score of 15-3, they drew with S.T.A.F. United 3-3 and lost 5-1. The Club played Cahir Park (then known as Burncourt Celtic) once losing 3-1. They beat Murphy's Destroyers 3-0 and lost to them 2-1 before the cup final defeat. That was the first and only Ballylooby Cup and League tournament to be played. The team played Cahir Park once more in season 30 when they were again beaten by 4-2. The club has not met any of the teams since, due to the fan troubles that arise at these matches. Murphy's Destroyers have since been disformed due to finacial problems. In the 12 matches Tipp have played against these sides there were 0 Reds, 26 Yellows and 10 Injuries.
