Blanco is the manager of Track United.
He is the current U-20 national coach of Suriname.
Before this Blanco had been elected as NT-coach of Bahrain 7 times, and was leading the bahraini National team since the creation of the country in Januari 2006.
In September 2009 he was succeded by GM-Schleifer.
