U-20 national coach
A U-20 national coach is the elected manager of a U-20 national team. This manager stays in function for two seasons, under normal circumstances, after which new elections are held to elect a new national coach. For the duration of his office, the current U-20 national coach has also access to the national coaches' conference.
A U-20 national coach chooses a trainer, decides which players are on the squad and makes line-ups for the qualification or U-20 World Cup matches. Furthermore this person is also responsible for arranging friendlies for their national team. Communication with the community is considered by many as another important task of the U-20 national coach.
There is one additional restriction a U-20 national coach has to cope with: he can only enroll players younger than 21 years and 0 days.
