The high-scoring Las Vegas Bears edged out the defensively-oriented second-place Hawaii Wolves by a single point, 34 to 33, to claim the first championship and promote out of the division. |5||New Jersey Eagles||4||8||2||24-42||14|
The league got its first human-run team in Season 20 as Bluefield entered the series after being relegated from V.140. Bluefield did quite well in its first Division VI campaign, finishing second behind the Hawaii Wolves as the Season 19 runner-up had its moment in the sun, cruising to the title with 36 points and promoting out of the division. The league was ranked 644th in Division VI and 985th in the USA.
|5||Twin Cities Heroes||5||9||0||16-23||15|

LiQuiD Knights, freshly relegated from V.90, joined Bluefield as the second human-run team in the league at the start of Season 21. Still, the campaign belonged to another bot team as the Boston Kickers finished at the top of the table with 34 points. However, the Boston Kickers failed to promote out of the league, and it was the last time one of the original bot squads from Season 19 won the league crown. LiQuiD Knights finished as the runner-up, and Bluefield dropped back to fourth place. Although the Oklahoma Pharaos finished last for the third consecutive season, the team ended its 28-game winless streak in the opening week. The league was ranked 968th in Division VI and 1,309th in the USA.
|5||Twin Cities Heroes||6||7||1||15-27||19|

In 14 games, they scored 95 goals and surrendered only two en route to promoting out of the league. The Boston Kickers, the previous season's champion, fell all the way back to fifth place, while the league's only other human-owned team, Bluefield, finished fourth for the second season in a row. The second place through fifth place teams all finished within four points of one another. For the first time ever, the Oklahoma Pharaos avoided the basement. Bluefield was again the only other human-run team, and it was again the bridesmaid, finishing in second place with 28 points. The last-place Oklahoma Pharaos became the first team in league history to finish the season without a single point. Overall, the league finished Season 24 ranked 550th in Division VI and 891st in the United States, cracking the top 600 in the division and the top 900 in the country for the first time.

|5||New Jersey Eagles||6||8||0||20-33||18|
|6||Twin Cities Heroes||5||7||2||18-30||17|
After spending the previous seven seasons in the league and racking up five second place finishes in that span, Bluefield finally had its time to shine. The team captured the league title and earned its long-sought promotion back to Division V by finishing with a 12-1-1 record and 37 points, edging out the second-place team, Almirante 77, by a single point. Almirante 77 was the only other human-run team besides Bluefield in the league, and it entered VI.462 after getting relegated from V.248 in the previous season. Bluefield won the title in dramatic fashion, facing Almirante 77 in the final game of the season and winning 4-0. Overall, the league was ranked 669th in Division VI and 1,010th in the United States.

|7||Twin Cities Heroes||3||7||2||14-26||11|
Season 29 brought with it massive changes to the league and can in a sense be considered the beginning of VI.462's modern era. The six bot teams that had been a part of the league since its inception in Season 19 ceased to exist as every team received a human owner. The league became less stable as a result, with some of the new human owners frequently abandoning their teams, only to have new owners brought in and the cycle repeated. This pattern continues today, and it is not unusual to see a team change its owner and name during the course of a season. For example, in Season 29, the former New Jersey Eagles bot team from Season 19 received an owner for the first time at the beginning of the campaign and was renamed New York Police Department. However, mid-way through the season, NYPD was abandoned by its owner, and it received a new owner who renamed the team Shaggers, which was its name at season's end. Mensch-Maschine won the league title and a promotion to Division V at the end of the season. Ironically, the team named "cant lose" finished in last place. The new-look league VI.462 finished the season ranked 499th in Division VI and 840th in the USA.
|4||iLL Fo Real||7||7||0||32-29||21|
Ashland FC, relegated from Division V, replaced the promoted Mensch-Maschine at the beginning of the season. During the season, Shaggers folded and reformed under a new owner as kanman86. Angel's Angels also lost its owner and was reconstituted under a new owner as THA BIZZ, and cant lose folded as well and was replaced by Eien FC. Real Virginia won the league title by going 14-0 and claiming all 42 possible points, and the team promoted to Division V at the end of the season. The league finished the campaign ranked 349th in Division VI and 690th in the USA.
|3||iLL Fo Real||8||5||1||42-15||25|
Eien FC, which finished in sixth place and won just five games in Season 30, made an incredible about-face and won the league title with a perfect 14-0 record in Season 31. For the second season in a row, the Omaha Paladins finished second, improving their record to 11-2-1. At the start of the season, The Real Soccers, relegated from V.81, were added to the league to replace the promoted Season 30 champion Real Virginia. As of Season 36, The Real Soccers are the league's longest-running current team. Three teams folded and re-formed under new owners in Season 30. THA BIZZ and kanman86 folded and became Red Tide and denominators, respectively, in Week 5, while Ashland FC folded and became FC Lumberton in Week 9. Overall, the league continued to improve, finishing the season ranked 310th in Division VI and 651st in the United States
|3||The Real Soccers||10||4||0||56-21||30|
|5||iLL Fo Real||5||8||1||28-29||16|
HeaVenS AnaRchY entered the league at the beginning of the season, having been relegated from V.8 to replace the promoted Season 31 champion Eien FC. The change in scenery suited the new team fine, as HeaVenS AnaRchY claimed the VI.462 Season 32 crown by finishing 13-0-1. The Omaha Paladins were bridesmaids again, finishing second for the third consecutive season, this time with a 12-1-1 mark. The Real Soccers were third with a 10-4 record for the second straight year. Over the course of the season, FC Lumberton went under and was replaced by The Dark Wolves in Week 12. Also, denominators folded just one week into the season and were replaced by ValleyView. ValleyView did not survive long, however, as it too went under and was replaced by cambridge unt in Week 12. From an overall standpoint, this was the league's strongest season to date, as VI.462 ranked 168th in Division VI and 509th in the entire USA. In the U.S. Open Cup, HeaVenS AnaRchY made it to the third round of the tournament, while The Real Soccers advanced to the second round.

iLL Fo Real vaulted from fourth place in Season 32 to winning the league title in Season 33 on the strength of a 13-1 record, nudging out second-place finisher La Fiera Roja (12-2) by three points. La Fiera Roja joined the league at the start of the season after getting relegated from V.23 to replace the promoted Season 31 champ HeaVenS Anarchy. For the third season in a row, The Real Soccers finished third, this time going 11-3. The Omaha Paladins plummeted from second place the previous three seasons to last place. The other four teams in the league all changed hands over the course of the season. Red Tide was the first team to go under, and it was replaced by Homestead in Week 2. The Dark Wolves disintegrated and were replaced by Terrapin FC in Week 3. In Week 4, Ice Cream Socialists replaced the folded cambridge unt. Firpo FC was the last team to fold and was replaced by The Beesties in Week 7. The league finished the season ranked 379th in Division VI and 720th in the USA. In the U.S. Open Cup, La Fiera Roja reached the tournament's third round, while iLL Fo Real, The Real Soccers, and Omaha Paladins all made it to the second round.
|1||iLL Fo Real||13||1||0||73-10||39|
|2||La Fiera Roja||12||2||0||70-11||36|
|3||The Real Soccers||11||3||0||66-23||33|
|6||Ice Cream Socialists||3||8||3||14-43||12|
Season 34 was remarkable for its stability in team ownership throughout the league. For the first time since the last original bot teams were wiped away at the start of Season 29, an entire season passed without any clubs folding. The only change to the league's membership was the addition of apocalypto, which was relegated from V.238 at the start of the campaign to replace promoted Season 33 champion iLL Fo Real. The previous season's second place finisher, La Fiera Roja, finished first in Season 34 with a 14-0 mark and was promoted out of the division. La Fiera Roja set a league record for fewest goals allowed in a season, having surrendered just a single goal in 14 games while scoring 87. The league's top scorer, Andreas Eneerberg of La Fiera Roja struck the back of the net 28 times, tying the league single-season scoring record. Overall, VI.462 was ranked 454th in Division VI and 795th in the United States. In the U.S. Open Cup, both La Fiera Roja and apocalypto reached the second round of the tournament.
|1||La Fiera Roja||14||0||0||87-1||42|
|2||The Real Soccers||10||3||1||49-21||31|
|8||Ice Cream Socialists||2||12||0||8-54||6|
For the second season in a row, stability again reigned supreme as no clubs in VI.462 folded or changed ownership. Wompers entered the league to replace the promoted La Fiera Roja after getting relegated from V.132. Terrapin FC became the league champion of Season 35, finishing 12-0-2 and edging out second place The Real Soccers by three points. Ice Cream Socialists set a league record for fewest goals scored in a season, having found the back of the net just twice. For the third consecutive season, the league's rankings in Division VI and the USA slipped, as VI.462 finished ranked 474th in the division and 815th in the United States. In the U.S. Open Cup, Terrapin FC was the lone team to advance to the second round.
|2||The Real Soccers||11||1||2||78-5||35|
|8||Ice Cream Socialists||0||12||2||2-62||2|
After two seasons of stability in team ownership throughout the league, Season 36 quickly became the most chaotic in the history of VI.462. Prior to the season's start, Chicago Belediye, relegated from V.254, joined the league to replace promoted Season 35 champion Terrapin FC. One week into the new season, six teams simultaneously folded and changed hands. FC Golden Cleat replaced Chicago Belediye, F.C. SINI BOGOVE replaced Omaha Paladins, Chiquesalunga United replaced Ice Cream Socialists, Guzzlers replaced Homestead, Illtronic Townsfolk replaced apocalypto, and Newark Eagle replaced The Beesties. By season's end the only two teams that remained in the league from Season 35 were The Real Soccers and Wompers.
After the eighth round of league games, four teams lost their owners. Replacements for them were not found during the remainder of the season. The four teams orphaned at midseason were FC Golden Cleat, Guzzlers, Newark Eagle, and The Real Soccers. Particularly surprising was the loss of The Real Soccers' owner, as the team tore through its competition through the first eight weeks of the season, going 8-0 and out-scoring its opponents 49-2.
In the middle of Week 11, F.C. SINI BOGOVE folded, and it was quickly replaced by ROACH_7.
On the field, things were much more straightforward, with the two longer-established teams, The Real Soccers and Wompers, occupying first place and second place, respectively. The Real Soccers were promoted to Division V at the end of the season. The quality of play throughout the league improved to its best level since Season 33, as VI.462 ranked 396th in Division VI and 737th in the USA. In U.S. Open Cup play, none of the league's teams advanced beyond the first round.
|1||The Real Soccers||13||1||0||82-5||39|
|3||FC Golden Cleat||9||5||0||34-29||27|
Relegated from Division V, KF Kastrioti replaced the promoted The Real Soccers for the start of Season 37. In the first round of the U.S. Open Cup, two of the league's qualifying teams — KF Kastrioti and Wompers — logged victories before bowing out of the tournament in the second round.
Three of the league's clubs — FC Golden Cleat, Guzzlers, and Newark Eagle — functioned as bot teams, while the other five squads in the league had active human owners. By the middle of the season, a tight three-way race for the title formed -- the closest such contest in many seasons. Seven weeks in, a surprising Chiquesalunga United squad led the race with 19 points, while KF Kastrioti trailed one point behind with 18, and Wompers was also close behind with 16 points in third place.
Another surprise developed after Week 7, when KF Kastrioti stopped fielding full lineups and forfeited all its games for the remainder of the season. Chiquesalunga United clinched the league title with one week remaining in the season. The league's Akickku.com rankings in Division VI and in the nation dropped substantially over the second half of the season following the collapse of KF Kastrioti. VI.462 finished the season ranked 581st in D-VI and 922nd in the nation. It was the league's worst rankings in ten seasons. By contrast, VI.462 was ranked around 300th in D-VI halfway through the campaign.
|8||FC Golden Cleat||2||12||0||10-62||6|
Relegated from Division V, dipthong FC replaced the promoted Chiquesalunga United for the start of Season 38. The new club breezed through its league schedule, winning its first 13 consecutive games before suffering its only loss of the season in the final week, 3-1 to second-place Wompers. ROACH_7 finished the campaign in third place
At the beginning of the season, Illtronic Townsfolk received a new owner and re-formed as CCHS-Crusaders. However, this arrangement did not last long as the club received another new owner late in the season and became Hombard United, which finished fourth in the league. Newark Eagle, Guzzlers, KF Kastrioti and FC Golden Cleat continued to function as bot teams throughout the season and took fifth through eighth places, respectively.
Overall league performance improved slightly over the previous season, as VI.462 finished with a ranking of 441st in Division VI and 782nd in the USA in the Akickku.com league rankings.
