Biography
Zhillinskiy was an errand boy for the local russian mafia. His main job was trying to infiltrate a local goverment booth. This is how he got hi solid leadership abilities. He managed secure the local seat and the Mafia rewarded with 3 bottles of the finest Vodka. He failed to return home as the Mafia said they will shoot him if we would. He spends most of his adolescent year wandering the town of Perm, living of the money of cars that he managed to brake in. One dayl a local scout in the local team was on his way to the market, he found Viktor in a ditch smoking Winfield 20's and having a bottle of Smirnoff with him. The scout felt sorry for him and offered him a chance. It was a chance Viktor took with both hands and never let go.
