Hattrick Credits, or just Credits, are used as an internal monetary type in Hattrick. They can be purchased in the shop.
Development
They were created to use Hattrick Mobile and receive text messages (SMS) from Hattrick for reminders and various events. For every message Hattrick sends to your phone (Hattrick Mobile), you pay 1 credit.
After the service was dismantled, the credits were converted back to be reused in new game features, which were collected under the Hattrick Gears name.
Today credits are mainly used for player's customization, match extras and private tournaments.
